A Home for Everyone
Using a given prompt to create a brand identity of a furniture store that only uses materials collected from catastrophes and natural disasters, I focused on the reoccurring theme in my research: that of up-cycling and healing the broken. With this in mind, the resulting name, logo, and accompanying typeface all imply an organic growth within a secure frame.

At Restruct, the goal is providing low-priced furniture sustainably and helping people get back up on their feet. The materials used at Restruct are taken from catastrophes around the world, and repurposed to give a new life for both the product and its owner. Restruct ensures that everything from disaster sites will be reused for furnishing dedicated to helping people in need of a home.
"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing... the dawn will come.”–Anne Lamott
