Flawless, Timeless Skin
This is a group project focused on creating a new brand and packaging that would act as a competitor for an existing brand. The brand we chose to compete against was Fresh cosmetics. After a brand analysis of Fresh, we set out to design a black tea cosmetics line. The name, Amari, represents strength and immortality, key qualities of black tea on the skin.

Amari is a skincare brand with a focus on the benefits of black tea leaves. Working together with two other designers, we proposed to form a brand identity that is natural, hygienic and non-toxic.
Both the terracotta colour and leaf pattern help emphasize the organic quality and dedication to healthy skin through the age-old detoxifying qualities of black tea.
Made of textured frosted glass, these tea-cup shaped containers mimic the smooth feel of youthful skin, while remaining refillable, reusable, and sustainable.
The goal of the brand is to bridge the gap between ground-breaking science, and the tried-and-trusted traditions of the past.
